BORIS DIMITROV · TECHNOLOGY OPERATIONS
Ready for what's next?
Independent technology operations reviews for growing businesses. Understand what's working, what needs to evolve, and whether your technology, people and processes are ready for where you're going.
Technology should make the business easier to run.
The objective isn't simply to spend less on technology. It's to make sure the money, time and effort going into it actually makes sense.
I look at technology, people, process and cost together — so you can see what's working, where complexity is creeping in, and what needs to evolve before growth makes the problem bigger.
Technology Operations Review
An independent review of how your technology, people and processes work together and whether they're ready for where your business is going.
You'll get a clear view of what's working, what deserves attention, and what I'd prioritise next.

The cheapest technology isn't always the cheapest way to operate.
An invoice only shows what you paid. It doesn't show the employee time, manual processes, duplicated effort or operational complexity sitting around it.
I look at total cost of ownership, technology, people and process together.
Growth multiplies everything.
Processes that work at 50 people can become expensive, fragmented or risky at 100.
The review considers not only whether your technology operation works today, but whether your systems, controls and processes are ready for where the business is heading.

Experience behind the review.
I'm Boris Dimitrov. I've spent 15 years working inside technology operations, including high-growth environments where technology decisions have to balance cost, employee experience, security, scalability and operational reality.
I've worked across technology operations, identity, SaaS, automation, procurement, employee lifecycle and governance and learned that the technically obvious answer isn't always the best business answer.
This review makes that experience available without requiring another full-time technology leader.
There isn't a predetermined answer.
A good review doesn't need to uncover a disaster to be valuable. Sometimes the right answer is that you're in good shape. Sometimes there are worthwhile improvements. And sometimes the business needs to prepare before growth exposes the cracks.
